David Park
David received his JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2022 and was called to the bar in 2023. He also obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University in 2018 as a biochemistry major. During law school, David was actively engaged with the IP faculty. He volunteered with Osgoode’s IP Innovation Clinic for three years and completed internships at Alectra Utilities Corporation and York University’s BEST Lab. He also competed in many moots, including the Harold G. Fox IP Moot. During his summer terms and articles, David received extensive training in IP litigation from an international law firm.
Prior to law school, David gained valuable insights from working in the pharmaceutical industry. David’s background in sciences and pharmaceuticals provides a strong foundation for his practice in drug patent and regulatory litigation.
David is a member of the Toronto Intellectual Property Group, the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada, The Advocates’ Society, and the Law Society of Ontario.
