Jason Markwell*
Jason is a leading patent and drug regulatary litigation lawyer in Canada. Jason draws on twenty-five years of experience in global and national law firms to provide clients with practical advice to meet their commercial goals.
Jason has appeared as counsel in precedent-setting cases before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board.
