Dino has practised at leading national firms and boutiques for more than thirty years. He is a registered patent agent in Canada and the U.S. as well as a registered trademark agent in Canada. Dino is the co-author of several leading textbooks on Canadian patent law and is recognized as a leading practitioner in many legal publications, including Lexpert, Chambers, The Legal 500 Canada, Best Lawyers in Canada, Who’s Who Legal Canada, Euromoney, IAM Patent 1000, and Managing Intellectual Property’s IP Stars for patents.
